About HVAC Medical Lake

We are a small heating and cooling company in Medical Lake, and we work that way on purpose. The technician who looks at your furnace or air conditioner is the one who quotes it, does the work, and comes back to check it afterward.

Two technicians in dark polos and caps kneel on a garage floor, one steadying a new air handler while the other connects foil flex duct, with a tool bag beside them

Why we keep the crew small

Most of what goes wrong on an HVAC job happens in the handoffs. One person diagnoses, another writes the quote, and a third arrives with parts, guessing at what the first one meant. We avoid that by keeping our team small and keeping the same people on your job from the first visit to the final test.

It shows up in the details. The person who measured where a new outdoor unit will sit is the one who levels its pad and routes the refrigerant lines. The technician who listened to you describe a furnace that starts and stops is the one checking its flame sensor and pressure switch. Nothing gets lost between visits, and you are not explaining your home to a new face every time.

Our work in Washington is registered under WA Contractor Registration #KDHEAHA757JA, and the gas side of it is covered by our gas heating mechanical license. When we put in a new system, the labor stays covered for up to 3 years. No job starts without a written quote in your hands, so the cost is settled and agreed before a single tool comes out.

How we work in your home

  • One crew, start to finish

You meet the people doing the work at the first visit, and they stay with the job until it is done. That holds at night too. When a system fails after hours, there are no emergency or after-hours fees.

  • The price on paper first

You get a written quote before any work begins. If we run a diagnostic on a repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair, and estimates are free on installations and replacements.

  • Care for the finish

We lay down floor protection on the path to your furnace, wear shoe covers indoors, and vacuum before we leave. Outside, we set equipment level, seal where lines pass through the wall, and haul away the packaging and old parts.

  • A straight repair-or-replace answer

An older furnace or air conditioner is not always due for replacement. We show you what we found, with photos when it helps, and tell you plainly whether a repair is the better spend. If you choose a heat pump, we will sit down with you and sort out the Avista rebate forms and the federal tax credit paperwork so that money actually reaches you.

Where we work

We are based in Medical Lake and serve homes in Cheney, Airway Heights, Fairchild AFB, Spokane, Country Homes and Town and Country. Long, cold winters and hot, dry summers mean your furnace and air conditioner both earn their keep, so we give heating and cooling equal care.

Beyond repairs and installations, we look after systems through our maintenance plans, and we also take on commercial HVAC and new construction HVAC work with the same small-crew approach.
