What Happens When You Call
You speak with the same small crew that will come to your home. We ask what the system is doing, when it started and roughly how old the equipment is, then set a time that suits you. Breakdowns are answered 24/7, with no emergency or after-hours fees. Estimates are free on installations and replacements.
At your home, we look before we touch anything and explain what we found in plain terms. Nothing gets started until you have the price on paper and have had a chance to read it over. When a repair follows our diagnostic visit, the cost of that visit comes off your repair bill. We work under WA Contractor Registration #KDHEAHA757JA and hold a gas heating mechanical license, so furnace work is done by people qualified for it. New installations come with up to 3 years labor.
Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call
- The brand and model from the label on your furnace, air handler or outdoor unit, if you can reach it safely.
- A short note on what you are noticing, such as a noise, a smell, a blinking light or rooms that will not hold temperature.
- Anything about access we should know, like an attic hatch, a crawlspace, a locked gate or pets at home.
- If you are considering a heat pump, mention it, since we help with Avista rebates and federal tax credits.
